Michael Abayomi Alabi serves as a Director of Men's Mentorship at Finding Something More, where he embodies the organization’s mission to empower individuals to live purposeful, inspired lives. With a career deeply rooted in healthcare, specifically hospice care, Michael has honed the craft of being a caring, accountable, and energetic professional. His roles have ranged from bedside care to emotional and educational support for grieving families, equipping him with a unique blend of skills that make him an invaluable asset for mentorship and personal growth initiatives.

Michael's commitment to lifelong learning is evident through his Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) qualifications from Casa Loma College, as well as his ongoing theological studies at Biola University. This well-rounded educational background amplifies his effectiveness as a mentor, offering a holistic approach to human behavior, altruistic values, and the transformative power of purposeful living.

As the spearhead for our Men's Mentorship program, Michael will leverage his diverse experience and empathetic nature to create impactful programs.
