Brian Smith

Brian was born in Europe and emigrated to the US when he was a teenager. Growing up, he traveled extensively throughout Europe and has a keen understanding and appreciation of American and European cultures. He is trilingual, fluent in English, German and Russian.

After high school, Brian joined the US Air Force and served as a combat veteran during Operation Desert Storm. Following his honorable discharge and a brief reprieve (14 months) living in St. Petersburg, Russia, he finished his undergraduate degree in Austin, Texas, and completed Law School in Houston, Texas.

Brian has a good mix of both practical business experience as a serial entrepreneur and legal experience as a Trial Attorney working for both large law firms and small businesses.

He has started and co-founded many multiple technology companies from the ground up on the business side. He has, expanded operations and raised millions of dollars.

On the legal side, Brian has been involved in dozens of multi-million-dollar litigation cases from inception to successful jury verdicts. He has also been involved in drafting and negotiating complex business contracts and real estate agreements.
