Lauren Ansolabehere is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Perch Wealth, bringing a unique blend of expertise in organizational psychology, business development, and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she specialized in organizational psychology and motivation, laying a strong foundation for her career in business.
Lauren's career began in the luxury goods industry, where she spent 15 years as a brand development professional. Her focus on small business expansion, marketing, B2B and B2C sales, and employee management allowed her to drive significant growth and innovation. Her strategic approach and leadership skills were instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
Transitioning to the financial services industry, Lauren took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Perch Wealth. In this capacity, she oversees all daily operations, spearheads marketing initiatives, designs and implements company procedures, mentors and trains employees, and manages investment transactions for key accounts. Her comprehensive understanding of operational processes and strategic marketing has been pivotal in driving Perch Wealth’s success and growth.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys working to grow the Finding Something More™ community of volunteers, serving as the President of her homeowners association, DIY home improvement projects, creating new recipes, and traveling.
