Karen Goodsell

After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Texas-born Karen Goodsell moved to Southern California to start her family and career.

While raising her 5 children, Karen started her first successful business as the owner and designer of Midnight Jewels in Orange County. In 2005, Karen decided to change paths and pursue her interest in the real estate industry. She started with Fidelity National Home Warranty, where she was awarded Rookie of the Year as their top producer. From there, Karen continued to excel with her leadership roles at Disclosure Source, Lawyer’s Title Company and First American Title.

After 20 years of working with thousands of realtors, Karen has turned her passion for helping realtors go from unknown to in-demand into her own successful freelance consulting business. She uses her expertise in marketing, brand analysis and networking to help women find their stories and be their best selves.

Karen is a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority Alumni Association, SHSU Alumni Association, Women’s Council of Realtors, Women of Influence Orange County, BNI: Business Network International, Christian Business Professional Network and the nonprofit American Faith.
